This website is operated by Saiko Duck TCG LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing from saikoducktcg.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We sell Pokémon Trading Card Game products, including sealed product, single cards, and professionally graded cards (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC). Pokémon, associated logos, and card imagery are trademarks of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc.). Saiko Duck TCG LLC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company or any grading company.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate images, descriptions, and grading information. Because trading cards are collectible goods, minor variances in centering, print lines, or condition grading (for ungraded/raw cards) are inherent to the product and are described to the best of our ability but not guaranteed beyond what is stated in the listing.

• All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and to cancel and refund orders affected by a pricing or listing error.

• Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed; high-demand and single-quantity items (e.g., individually graded cards) may sell out or be delisted without notice.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or reshipment (see Shipping Policy).

We stand behind the authenticity of all products sold on this Site.

• Graded cards are sold exactly as encapsulated by the grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) at the time of sale. The grading company’s assessment is final and outside our control.

• Sealed and raw single cards are sourced from reputable distributors / verified buylist sources. If you believe you received a counterfeit item, contact us within 7 days of delivery per our Refund Policy.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: sealed and graded items are final sale except in cases of damage in transit, an item materially not as described, or a fulfillment error on our part.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

• The Site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of value of a collectible item after purchase.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

All original content on this Site (excluding third-party trademarks and card imagery owned by The Pokémon Company/Nintendo) — including logos, product descriptions, and site design — is the property of Saiko Duck TCG LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functionality; resell products in violation of any manufacturer or grading company terms; or submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
